As I already said in a previous post, I started to walk....1 hour per day at least :) Till now everything is great and I really hope I will keep doing this because ...oh well, it's nice :) Today's pictures are not exactly the best because my camera was dying and also the sun wasn't my friend, but I hope you will enjoy. Also, no outfit today, because I was dresses pretty boring, plus it was colder than the other day and I really couldn't survive taking my coat off to show you what's underneath. On the plus side, a have a much better picture of my eye make up and actually I pretty liked it. Let me know what you think about it :)
very appealing picture, no? |
For my face I kept it pretty simple: a little bit of concealer, foundation, contouring and highlighting. No blush because I knew I will blush naturally once I go outside. I also went for light coverage so I used a make up blending sponge, which I found out that it great for contouring also. My foundation is Bourjois Healthy Mix in shade 51 Light Vanilla, concealer used for my blemishes is from Artdeco (first time using it and I'm not impressed) and I contoured with my Artdeco Double Finish foundation. I brightened my under eye area using my Garnier Roll-on Anti-Dark Circles concealer. For highlight I chose an eyeshadow from Sleek Storm palette and it's marked with 4 in the picture with products used. My face powder is theBalm Sexy Mama (like always lately) applied with a Sigma F30 Brush from my Mrs. Bunny Travel Kit.
I actually wanted to keep it light with eyeshadow, but while doing my make up things changed. I used e.l.f. eyelid primer and Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pink Gold as a base and I applied both with my finger. Nor for the powder eyeshadow...My Sleek Storm Palette didn't come with the eyeshadows named so I numbered them in the picture below. Here I will use the numbers as it's easier than describing the colors. I used e/s no. 1 all over my eyelid with a Stila eyeshadow brush. I took color no.2 on Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush and applied it to the outer part of my eyelid taking it slightly to the crease. After I wiped down the Base Shadow Brush, I took color no.3 on it and applied it into the crease blending out color no.2. With a clean Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush I blended out any harsh edges and also I applied color no.5 as a brow bone highlight. I highlighted my inner corner using color no.4 on the sponge tip applicator that came with Sleek Storm Palette. Using the other side of the sponge tip applicator I smudged color no. 2 on my lower lash line. I curled my lashes and I applied my H&M Mega Volume Mascara. On my waterline, like usually, I have my Stila Smudge Stick in angelfish.
Of course I forgot to include in the picture the lip product used, but it's just a Rimmel Vinyl Gloss in shade 610 Be Dazzled.
That was my look my my Sunday walk ... What did you wear on Sunday? What do you think about the eye look ?
